After being sick the first week, Zoe got a chance to go out on the field and strut her stuff last Saturday. Basking in the warm(ish) Saturday morning sun, Daniele, Harry, and I got to watch Zoe’s team, the Blue Jays, demonstrate to their adversaries why little girls may look cute, but they can be terminators on the field.
Zoe’s team scored goal after goal, and both Daniele and I beamed with pride as Zoe raced up and down the field. In fact, those girls moved so fast, I didn’t get as many photos, but I did post a few of the ones I did get in the gallery.
I can’t begin to tell you how proud I am of Zoe’s artistic abilities.
I found this on the floor near the trash can the other day. I picked it up and assumed it was something either Yvonne had done, or that Zoe had traced. No, ZOE- 8 year old ZOE- drew it.

She threw it away because she thought the head was too small. (!!!)
