Phoenix Trip

Sunset over PhoenixLast weekend, with stomachs still bulging from Daniele’s delicious turkey, we piled into the green bullet and broke the sound barrier all the way to Phoenix, Arizona. We spent the weekend with our good friends and came back refreshed and ready for an exciting holiday season. As always, there are some photos in the gallery.

Impending Nuptials!

Amie and Olivia

I got a call a little while ago from my sister Amie, who informed me that she and her boyfriend Jason are going to be tying the knot! Congratulations are in order, for sure.

The plan is for the wedding to take place in about eighteen months, when their lovely daughter Olivia is right around two years old and can participate in the ceremony. Second only to the excitement of the upcoming marriage is my role in the ceremony. Amie and Jason have asked me to perform the actual ceremony, thanks to my status as ordained minister with the Universal Life Church in California.

I suppose I’d best start brushing up on the legal stuff, so that I can be sure I do my part correctly.

Congratulations Amie and Jason!

Harry’s Unique Talents

Here’s some video Daniele shot of Harry showing us what he calls “his realistic farts.” I have not the words to describe my pride.
